The affiliate member understands that he is not my partner, that he is not my employee, that he is not part of the company's corporate staff, that he is simply an affiliate member entitled to commission for his personal consumption and for referrals.

The affiliate member understands that of the profit earned through the consumers network is responsible for all taxes required by the state that at no time are responsible for consumers Network.

The affiliate member must also understand that the commissions paid can always vary; they will always depend on the percentage obtained by the product or service provider (supplier).

The affiliate member will understand that even if there is no mandatory consumption on the platform his profit will come from his personal consumption and the consumption of his referral up to 5 levels deep.

The affiliate member will recognize that he/she will only earn money if there is consumption in his/her organization both from his/her personal consumption and that of his/her affiliate members.

The member will understand that it is only his responsibility to grow and develop his business and that he can only acquire it by bringing more members to his organization and at the same time providers of products and services.

The affiliate member understands that when buying the products and services offered by the consumers network platform is not buying directly to consumers network but directly to the supplier of products or services (supplier) and that any claim or warranty must go directly to the store where the product was purchased through consumers network not to consumers network.

The affiliate member understands that by purchasing products or services through consumers network, the warranty for such product comes from the product or service provider and not from consumers network.

The Consumer agrees to defend and hold consumers network harmless from any incident arising from any unauthorized use of the consumers network Platform or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on the Consumers Network Platform, Consumers voluntarily, clearly and in advance inform themselves of the full content of these Terms and are therefore irrevocably bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions are accepted by a person who represents and warrants that he/she is an affiliate member of consumers network
